8 Minute Abs

Lose your belly fat and gain ripped abs in 8 minutes.  Sounds Crazy? Not really, it takes motivation and consistency, but very possible to do.

First find a comfortable workout area.  Make sure you wear comfortable workout clothes so you’re not distracted during your workout.  Next, lay down, relax and prepare yourself physically and mentally.  Clear your thoughts and focus on your goals and why you’re about to do this workout.  Here we go.

Normal Crunches

1.) Lay down flat on the floor and bend your knees, also your feet should be flat on the surface while  both hands are on your on upper abs.

2.) Stressing your upper abs, bend your chest upward making your shoulders rise off the floor. Hold your shoulders for short time and then slowly put them back to your original relaxed position.

V Sit Exercise

1.) To perform V sit exercises by sitting on the side of a chair and bending your knees while gripping the chair corners.

2.) Slowly move your knees upward towards your chest all the while compressing your lower abdominal muscles.  Hold the position for a brief period then return back to your original position.

Side Crunches

1.) Lay down on your back (clasp your hands behind your head) and turn both your knees to the right side on the ground.

2.) Raise your upper body slowly off the ground while lifting up your shoulders and chest. Don’t pull with your hands.  Compress your side obliques, then repeat.  You can also do this using an exercise ball.

By the time you do this a few times, your 8 minute ab workout is up.  You will notice that you will increase the amount of reps you can do.  Start slow and just do what you can, but increase the reps every week.  With the right diet program, you should start seeing result after a month or so.
